Lemony Spinach Artichoke Dip Preparation Method

Ingredients For Lemony Spinach Artichoke Dip:

Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 1 (14-oz.) can
sour cream - 1  (8-oz.) container
mayonnaise - 1 cup
Finely chopped onion - 3 tspns
Fresh lemon juice - 2 tspns
Dry vegetable soup mix - 1  envelope
Freshly ground pepper - 1/4  tspn
Frozen chopped spinach, thawed - 1 (10-oz.) package

Method For Lemony Spinach Artichoke Dip:

Stir together first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
Drain thawed spinach well, pressing between paper towels.
stir into artichoke mixture.
Cover and chill till serving.
