Bengali Lopsi Preparation Method

Ingredients

Samba Godhumai rava - 1 cup
Badam - 2
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Raisins - 15
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Ghee - as needed

Method

1. Soak raisins, badam in water.
2. Heat ghee in a pan.
3. Add samba rava, fry, add water, cover the pan with a lid and cook.
4.When the rava is cooked, and ghee comes out, switch off the stove.
5.Remove skin of badam and cut into slices.
6.Add badam, raisins, cardamom powder to the lopsi, mix well and serve.
